Nice work - I like your hammer dulcimer - and it looks not too different
from my own.

Can I ask some questions?

Are your courses double strung? What strings do you use? (my experiment
with bulk piano wire was more or less a disaster and waste of time, money
and effort)

Hi Chris~
Yes the strings are double course.
It is a custom made instrument from a maker in Seattle called Dusty
Strings.
It is a bit larger than most spanning 4 octaves so it is probably wider
than yours too.
