Yez! They keep inviting me to rehearsals and listed me
in the press release, so I guess I'm in.

I'm loopologist for the 1st movement and play the
2nd guitar part for the remaining three movements
whenever Jon plays a lead part.

You betcha! ;).

After Evolution rehearsal last night
they ran through the Swallow material so
I got a chance to hang out and listen.
I'm totally knocked out by how tallented
these folks are. I listen to the recordings,
but I don't get to see Jon play fretless too often
and I'm just blown away. He playing the material and
he's not even looking at the guitar - he's looking at
bassist.....and probably doing his taxes too.
When he tunes his bottom string down to d,
he does the un-natural by playing power chords
on the bottom three strings...after trying it myself,
it's quite unreal hearing somone getting it right.(you have to
have yer fretting hand @ a 90 degree angle so the
1/1 - 3/2 - 2/1 relationship is in tune).

And then there's Meredith....I'm knocked out by how
she can pick notes out of some strange chord....and Nevelle
fits in just fine...
