Herman Miller's piece, Daybreak on Slendro Mountain, is another Xenwiki broken link piece.

Hmm, the link on my web page links to my old Comcast page. There's a MIDI version though.

http://www.io.com/~hmiller/midi/Daybreak.mid

I'll see if I can find an mp3 one of these days and put it up on my Google Sites page, or take the pitch bends out of the MIDI file and render it in GPO if I can't find the original mp3.

Taking the pitch bends out is no good as the link is on the 5edo page. I'll render a version and let you see what you think of it.

See what you think of this:

If you approve it, I'm sure Chris would be willing to host it.

Yes I would.

That sounds reasonably good. You can go ahead and host that version.

The reason I'd need to take the pitch bends out to render in GPO is that the pitch bend range in GPO doesn't match what I was using in the MIDI file. But GPO reads Scala files, so it'd be easy to get it tuned to 5-edo.
