I tried to post a comment (nice piece, BTW, conveying a sense of urgency in this search) but was told I don't have an account on ImprovFriday. Is that actually true?

Probably you don't have an account there. I don't own that site, and
my former site, Not Only Music, has been taken down because I couldn't
prevent spammers from posting advertizements at will. I will send an

This is a piece scored for flute, bassoon, cello, and double bass that explores a Tonality Diamond from the harmonic series section of partials 21 23 25 27 reduced to an octave. It is realized through an M-Audio 88es, Sonar X1, Garritan Personal Orchestra and editing. The title is an exaggeration of some discussion going on in the tuning community – it only makes for an interesting title – no offense meant.

Hmm...how did they log in to post in the first place?  You'd think using re-captcha to put captcha verification along with username/password ID would could prevent that...  Or, even simpler, just put a simple addition problem as verification for log-in.
  Further steps could involved not allowing posts with certain keywords IE "money" or "career" or "special offer"...and you could tell legitimate posters specifically not to use such words.

Michael, I think they are using SQL injection or some flaw in the PHP code.

When I turn registration OFF then they can register and post at will. I
translated some of the Russian posted there it seems to be a lot of fun for
them.
When I turn registration to admin approve I get several registration by
obvious spammers per hour but they can't get in.
Obviously there is some flaw and the code is up to date. I just don't see it
worth my time to try to replace the PHP board with anything else.
