The streamable album with program notes can be found here:

If you want to take this music with you all of the data can be downloaded from here:

For those newer to microtonality let me say this album is essential listening. Many of the composers are tuning list legends and this music shows why they are regarded as such.

This is awesome. Thanks for making this available, Chris! I'd heard some of these before (Neil's personal stuff, Sethares' stuff, etc.), but many others I've only heard about. John Starrett's tracks are mind-blowing, positively some of the most accessible microtonal music ever written. The guitar solo in "Limp Off to School" is just...damn. Neil Haverstick's playing, I presume? Also thoroughly dig the Ernie Crews/Haverstick piece...good gravy, Neil is just dominating the f*** out of that classical guitar! And Richard Sanford's piece, which is in one of my favorite tunings, to boot!

It really makes me wonder what happened to the Mills college microtonal scene. I'm living in Oakland now and there's not a whisper of interest in microtonal music anywhere (except my own living room). Come to think of it, I'd really love to know some history of the list, how it started, what it had to do with Mills college, and how that association vanished over the years. Anyone care to spin me a yarn or two, maybe over at metatuning?

These are cool tracks. Some of them I've been familiar with, others I need
to check out still.

BTW, Igs, since you mention classical guitar, you ought to check out the
really phenomenal work of Danti Rosati, a list member here, who also judged
this year's UnTwelve competition. He came to Chicago in June 2009 to give a
live performance of his compositions; the compositions and playing were
really superb and wonderfully ear-bending as well.

LOL, Aaron. It's like you just said "oh, you like rock music? You should check out the Beatles." Dante's music was some of the first micro stuff I heard back in the early 'oughts, really. "Statue of Alice" I think was the first piece of his I heard. Really got me going.

Dante needs to write more stuff. Put out an album, fer chrissakes!

I'm going to wait - as Jon pointed out there are CD sales involved, and even
though I talked to Neil about this I want to make absolutely sure.

I hope you don't mean wait to make it downloadable, because it already is.

Or maybe not. The browser says it's downloading, the files appear, but nothing is in them.
