View online only

I'd swear I checked "view online only" when I joined, but I'm still
getting emails, one for every message. Does anyone know where to
manually change my settings to "view online only" ?
Also, last time I replied with an "unsubscribe" message, I got kicked
from the group entirely. Is that normal?
