yes to both questions. Ivor Darreg refretted acoustic guitars
into 17, 18, and 22edo, and several (both acoustic and electric)
into 19 and 31edo.

he also made a strange one with an adjustable bridge, which
is fretted in 18edo, but because of the moveable bridge can
give quasi-17edo and quasi-19edo as well.

i'm now the proud owner of one of Darreg's 19edo acoustics --
that's because it's broken (actually physically broken --
a big hole in the side). it still works, but isn't *exactly*
in 19edo anymore! :)

i also have one of his 31edo acoustics in my possession these
days ... all the rest are part of Jonathan Glasier's collection
at the Sonic Arts Gallery here in San Diego.
