I don't say things until it either seems right to me, or I hear from someone on the list. And both have occurred, in some sort of cosmic listmail psycho-convergence emphasis:

Let's keep posting to the list to something of even a wee-bit about Making Microtonal Music. Let's try not to treat it as a chat room, full of one-liners that really are best just sent between parties privately.

There actually are people that pay dearly for online access, some places even by the minute, and I'd like to think that the quality of sharing, of musical musings, and general helpful information and guidance won't get diluted by little happy conversations that could just as easily take place in private email.

I like the Xenometrics thread (else I wouldn't have contributed), but let's try to remember that there are other people 'listening'.

And eat your vegetables.

And put on a sweater if it's cold out. :)
