The Orwelloian Eye with Vaisvil

Some of you may be interested in how this piece has evolved. I intend to try to put Reg's voice onto the orchestral sound stage - I haven't figured that out yet.

the tuning is a 13 note subset of 31 notes per octave called "Orwell".
