lazy improv. in 19-tet

Hi there,

A lazy improv. in 19-tet - relaxing after spending most of the day
debugging.

/makemicromusic/files/Robert_Walker/lazy_improv_in_19_equal.mid

It uses a new-ish option in FTS to pan the notes according to
the position in the scale, which I've about finished debugging
(but not yet uploaded it as part of the program is a bit mid
edit right now).
