cos 1/x dizzy reverb

Hi there,

A longer clip (634 Kb) with the cos 1/x vibrato,
+ in the shorter clip, some of the notes didn't have
the vibrato; now all do (done by making sure each note
goes onto a new channel). Some have more vibrato than others
= the dulcimer has only +- 30 cents of vibrato, and the
Contrabass, only +- 20 cents, the others are +- 60 cents,
and the variation is between 50% & 100% of the volume for the flute.

(BTW for TS users, this option has a few bugs in it which I'm in the middle of fixing right now -
wasn't starting the vibrato at every note and the formula is saved to the ts file but isn't being
read from it).
