Yet another experiment for ImprovFriday

Here I have 3 copies of pianoteq going through each going through different effects. The result is sort of a minimalistic microtonal glitch piano solo.

Nice! I hope you don't mind me being very honest in saying that I liked the first 0:11 the best, and could have listened to an entire piece based on that kind of sonic/harmonic fabric. Maybe I'm just looking for some serenity in my life... :)

Care to mention the effects?

Also, does this mean I don't have to add comments on NotOnlyMusic? I get so tired going from venue to venue...

Cheers,
Jon

Certainty don't worry about "not only music". I may be closing that forum
anyway because its not been used much at all. The nonoctave forum gets more
traffic - and the 12 equal crowd at NOM moved off after Sam Zen passed away.

Back to the piece

The effects used were:
deconstructor + lexicon pantheon
dblue_Glitch + sonitus delay
and lastly an effects patch in Absynth called audio mod pitch

And Jon, If I get time would you like me to expand that section?

I might be able to.

This is inspired. Very good! It somehow reminded of Alban Berg's Wozzeck.

Thanks for the listen and comment!

I could see where it could seem serialistic with the long delays repeating
various motifs - which was the goal - another goal being playing the same
motifs backwards in a live performance.
