Microtonal Guitar VST

I've added a new physical model microtonal Guitar VST at
http://www.12equalboresme.com/Synths/Synths.html#microGuitar

This is a Karplus-Strong string model with some waveguide and
control enhancements. The VST loads Scala files and supports
real-time key change. It's offered as registered cheapware.
