I gather from the extended Silence to my first Post, that I am
un-welcome at this Forum. I apologize for the unwarranted Intrusion,
though I must say my brief time here was not wholly Wasted; the webpage
of the Pretentious 'Doctor' Wolf was cause for the most Therapeutic
laughter I have enjoyed these several Months past.

Adieu,

N.

I have no post from you in my archives. Who are you
anyway, Mr N?

Just because a post did not receive any responses does not necessarily
mean you are "un-welcome". There could be a number of reasons why
people did not respond. One time I posted an announcement for a
musical piece that I had posted on my SoundClick page. To the best of
my recollection, no one responded to that message here on the forum.
I noticed, however, that the traffic to that song I mentioned had
increased noticeably for the next few days thereafter. So, I know
that people did at least take the time to listen to it, even if there
wasn't a specific written response of any kind. My song even got a
fairly significant ranking in its genre for a while because of the
traffic so at least enough people listened to it and marked enough
"stars" on it to work it up the ranks.

Have fun and I hope you stick around.

N,

Speaking as someone who isn't here all the time, I don't get a chance to "hear" all the time. Don't give up so easily, the post could have come in when lots of people were busy with RL stuff and all that.

Repost whatever you had - I'll be sure to give a look/listen.

Cheers,
Jon (former ListMom)

I think he is Mr. Aandros Nomolos (Greek?) who sent a message August 15.

Sorry I wasn't able to tune into this thread earlier, but... The person who sent the sign-off message unsubbed from the list *immediately* after sending, and so is not on the list and hasn't seen any of the thread that's been happening. Just FYI.

I too never saw any posts from him. Perhaps he imagined it. He has some nice tunes up at soundclick.com/nomolos . What a shame.

For those who missed it, here's that legendary message again:

Sure enough, no replies. But it was only directed at two specific individuals.

Ah, well. I'm sorry I missed it, but his note to me was part of a thread other than the one I would have expected it.

Yes I like his music too, a shame indeed.Though very strange to unsubscribe
after not getting a reply from such a post.
Tuning sure seems to attract eccentric people :)
