How ironic. I was too tired to be posting last night.
I've seen the Carillo videos, and they are great! But I meant
the video from Donald Bousted on the UK microfest, which you
(Aaron) posted to the Tuning list:

I thought he did a really great job with enthusiasm and
mentioning things like community several times. It made me
want to attend.
