tuner with cents display?

What's a good tuner with a cents display? Something that looks like
http://aptuner.com would be ideal.

Are you asking for a physical tuner?

I bought my wife a peterson strobo flip tuner to help her learn violin.
It was pricey. supposed to have 42 tunings and 16 temperaments. however that
works.
I see JI tunings listed.
(I see.... guitar "sweetener" tunings... hmmm interesting. to make stuff
beatless)
early music tuning ability as well (non-A 440) and can transpose.

it displays notes which is what she needed ... but I don't see cents :-(

but I'm willing to bet they have one. does anyone know if they are descended
from piano tuning people?
