Can Hi-Pi Instruments implement any 12-note non-ascending octave tuning
table like Kurzweil can or does it have limitations?

Hi Robert.

Any key = any pitch, no 12 note limitation.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I no longer discuss H-Pi related
things on the tuning lists. Please see the H-Pi website for answers
(there are FAQ pages), and if you do not find them there, I am happy
to answer questions by email through the contact form on the website.

Regards,
Aaron
