The "Greek letter" scales

I figure that since I put up that little sample of Carlos Alpha as a musical example, I might as well try Beta and Gamma. So I did a little playing around with Beta and came up with this 17 second example. (I'll get around to Gamma later).

Nice synthesis. I forget: are you using Rapture or z3ta+?

Especially I think BetaTesting is worth further development.

The third of the approximately 20-second samples is now up.

Check out that interesting harmonic progression at the beginning with the alternation between major 7th and minor 7th chords. You can't do that in 12-ET! Maybe I went a little overboard with the dissonances near the end.

I have z3ta+, but these were done with Absynth 3.
