I've added a new microtonal VST synth at:

http://www.12equalboresme.com/Synths/Synths.html#microGuitar

This is a waveguide physical model of a bright guitar. It has
twelve voice polyphony, and midi velocity controls pluck
amplitude. Offered as registered donationware.

Sweet!

Also, I didn't know you'd done this:

Too bad you're using a hardware-based registration system.
Anything I can do to talk you out of that? Not that $15
isn't a good price, but hardware-based registration is so
annoying.

The Microtuner is coded for a backup personal portable key, so its not
locked into hardware-based registration. I'm holding that option if I
ever 'go out of business', or need a contingency process for a particular
user.

Why bother? Is anyone going to steal a microtonal synthedit
library that costs $15? -C.

I think Carl would. He's thinking about it and apparently has it all worked out.

Keep an eye on him, the mind of a criminal.

From my experience, and posts I've seen by other SynthEdit developers,
I think I'd collect almost no donations without strong registration.
I'm probably fighting the tide (and whatever I collect goes to
charity anyway) but I'm trying to assert the right of folks to charge
money for projects like this.
