and you are right also.you have presented an equal irrational divisions
of non-octave 15-ED(1169.925) , please have a look at my old page in

it is an old version and I have been working on it but havnt uploaded
the recent version yet in my googlepage.

you see there that the basis of my classification is that is the scale
equally divided or not , are the divisions rational or not and is the
interval of equivalency a rational/irrational interval or non-octave or
octave?

you are right, but instead of thinking about 12 steps I think it would
be more
useful to
think of the pseudo octave of 1169.925 cents divided by 15 equal steps.
