Timbre manipulation for 10TET

I was wondering if the is any software that can match the timbre of
any sampled instrument to 10TET (IE so the overtones ratios = the
scale) for the PC.

I have found 10TET is actually a beautifully consonant scale so
long as you stick with pure sine waves for instruments :-D...but I am
looking for a way to play it cleanly with instruments with overlapping
overtones. :-)
