M.V.,

I got your last email and resent but it still bounced.

It's possible that, although your computer is
downloading your email messages, copies are still left
on the server.

To see if this is the case:

In Netscape Communicator Preferences, under Mail &
Groups->Mail Server, UNcheck the 'leave mail on server'
option.

In MSIE, under Preferences-> Accounts-> E-mail->
Advanced..., uncheck the same option.

If you found that it was checked, then that was the
problem *but* you still might have to figure out how to
delete the *old* messages from your ISPs server. A
friend who has done this informs me that she called her
ISP and they did it for her, but there might be a way
to do it also manually if there is web access to your
ISP account.

T henagain, it might be something else causing the
problem, this is just the one I've heard about.

Good luck!
