I expect to be composing rabidly for the next 25 days at an artist
colony, I-Park in Connecticut. My multi-faceted self-assignment
involves microtonal (especially 31-tone) pedagogy, microtonal music
about microtonal music, utopian false statements, chiptunes, and
perhaps some entanglements of cybernetics. I'll be talking to myself
and maybe you, if you're bored or interested, at

<http://udderbot.blogspot.com>

I am specifically interested in starting a discussion on microtonal
pedagogy. I made of page of questions:

<http://xenharmonic.wikispaces.com/Pedagogy>

As always with "the wiki", participation is welcome (and moreover is
kind of the whole point of having a wiki). If there is none, I'll go
the inbox-pollution route and post the questions here.

Be on the lookout for a 17-edo/JI round I wrote last week.

In care,
Jacob

as advertised:

http://udderbot.blogspot.com/2007/11/multiverse-round.html

JI-wise, the harmony goes
6:7:9:11
1/(6:7:9:11)
6:7:9:11
7:8:9:11:13

such that there is a constant neutral 7th (6:11 then 7:13) wavering
in the air. resolving that comma, that's one challenge.
