Yahoo Tuning Groups Ultimate Backup makemicromusic 13 tone Phi scale

Is this different than the 13 tone phi scale put forth by Loren Temes in 1970 ( along with Walter o'Connell) and found in the first Horogram?
Actually it seems to be somewhat different.

If not At least Warren Burt. But i think McLaren and Choning also.
