Was there a funeral? Did anyone from these groups attend?

I didn't know the guy, but I feel odd that this tragic event was so quickly forgotten....I have no time but I though it would be nice to have some contibutors to some memorial pieces.

When I have time, I'd love to start working on one. Something to get me back into composing, which has been a slump lately. Of course, the first step would be to listen to his music, which I'm barely familiar with.

Anyone else wanna do something?

-AKJ.

there was not a funeral because his wife is taking his ashes to England. I am in the process of organizing a memorial concert, which will take a bit of planning so it is not going to be that soon. but will be good. i will keep everyone up dated on this for sure.

There is supposed to be a memorial. His ashes are going back to England.

How would a collaboration work? I was going to write or improvise something eventually.
