Greetings & Happy Easter

I am, ready to get started with creating some computer generated "microtonal" audio tracks.
I could use some advice as to what programs to use to do this.
1) I use a mac
2) I write my music using the notation program "Encore" which can export a midi files
3) I record using "Digital Performer"

Now what I need to do is have the midi files translated into non-equal temperament.

I have notated the altered pitches with numbers above the notes like ; C-0, E-14, G+2.

WHAT would the easiest system be to create these sound files to import into Digital
Performer?

Use Scala to retune the midi files to a scale defined
in an scl file.
