Tristan,

Well, I'm partly intrigued, but how are any of us supposed to *listen* to it?

Cheers,
Jon

Ah jeez, I'm sorry. I should have sent this to the Tonescape group.

If you have a Windows XP system, easy:
download and install Tonescape.

In case anyone here missed the announcement, we've
made the current version of Tonescape (called "Den Haag",
named after the capital of the Netherlands and where
my partner Chris used to live) available as a free demo.
No activation required -- just download, install, use.
Here's the link:

... Anyway, Tristan did post it to the Tonescape group,
and there is something that's causing it to not play
(most likely a problem in the file, not a bug in Tonescape),
but we'll get that fixed and report back here.

Hi Monz,

Sorry, I'm not interested in installing an entire application that I don't currently plan to use just to hear an exercise piece. I'm curious, but it would be a lot easier if someone just posted an audio file. Then again, I realize that Tristan meant the msg for another group, so it is a big "nevermind"...

Cheers,
Jon

It's a music file, and there's nothing wrong with posting it here.
However, after installing the new Tonescape, uninstalling the new
Tonescape, and reinstalling the old Tonescape, I couldn't get it to
play. I probably need to go over my settings again.

Meanwhile, did you try exporting it as a midi file? That would make a
lot more sense for something posted here.
