Hello everyone,
In reply to David Bellinger about the Flickr unusual instruments group , I have just posted a picture of my instrument Shruti Stick, a 12 stringed electric instrument with two pick-ups and preparations on the strings to achieve different types of tunings including the 22 shruti interval octave. I play it like a santoor as well as fingers, bow and other things. I have also built other shruti instruments including shruit marimba, tubeophone, metallophone, bamboophone and multiple tuned wood blocks. If you are interested, there are photos and Mp 3 on my web site in the R&D section http://www.fingerworks.org

Hi Kraig,

While the photos are undoubtedly interesting, the *music* on
Ganesh's site is a real winner! I will copy this message to Ganesh
to let him know just how much I enjoyed visiting his site.

Yahya
