new page of microtonal guitar links

In light of recent coincidental/serendipitous events, I just had to
make this:

I hope it will be helpful to guitarists everywhere, in that special
way that only a screenful of text can be.

If you see the need to augment or modify it for the sake of accuracy
or completion, by all means make it so. Most of the familiarity I
have of these things I got by poking around on the internet, not reality.

Yes...
I added two links to the microguitar page: Hervé Chouard
(http://www.chouard.de/) and Lukas Brunner (http://www.brunner-
guitars.com/).

I think it would be good to have a link to this page from the
navigation bar - maybe a submenu "instruments" or so?
