I have touched the Pacific Ocean!

Yes, I'm over here in southern california, of all places. So far I've
been to an excellent Ben Johnston concert and I've been to the Sonic
Arts Gallery in San Diego where I met tuning punk types Jonathan
Glasier, Joe Monzo (the Monz himself!), Brink McGoogy, and Bill
Wesley. So that was pretty sweet. Still to go is a Lou Harrison
concert, a meeting with Erv Wilson, and a Kraig Grady Anaphorian
shadow play.

I like it out here. Unfortunately no time on this trip for SF Bay
Area (reputedly the Just Intonation Center of the Universe) through
Seattle. Howdy to all Californians. Hail, Ghost of Ivor!

Why would anyone choose to live somewhere
colder than California ... beats me!
