Hmmm ... they could be useful, if I could interpret
them - do the last two "x"s of this 7/6 fingering
each represent one-half of the two double-holes
at the bottom end of the recorder?

Are not most medieval recorders already tuned to microtones?
5 limit ?
and i wonder what these fingerings might do on these instruments.

Ah! This last is possibly an easier way to write them
in plain (ASCII or UTF-8) text messages on list.
There's less chance of the reader's choice of font
messing up your intended spacing.
