Format for recorder fingering

Hi people.

Sort of off-topic, but I want to write a postscript program to edit recorder microtone fingerings charts.

My scanned chart is:
http://geocities.yahoo.com.br/hfmlacerda/abc/recorder-fng.tgz

The ideia is to have a postscript program to read the fingerings descriptions from a text file and display them as graphics.

What would a good description text format for fingerings have?

Items:
- Pitch (alto or soprano as reference?);
- Open/closed/semi-closed holes;
- Separators (Thumb/LH/RH/Knee);
- Comments;
- ...?
