VST midi filter...

Does anyone know of a VST module that can strip "mod wheel" messages out
of a MIDI stream? Do such filter modules exist? Hopefully freely
available... I have a VST demo here that seems to use mod wheel for volume
*and* vibrato at the same time, and I want to try stripping mod wheel
messages...
