Interesting. I skimmed through it, and listened to most of the examples.
Quite interesting to hear these progressions. (One nit: the MP3 files seem
to have huge blank/silent spots at the end, after the progressions finish.)

I didn't know that Blackwood thought 15-tet might be the next big thing. I
like 15-tet quite a bit. I've written a few pieces in it, but have never
bothered to do any analysis of it in terms of traditional western
harmonic/melodic practice.

Oh... Recently I also posted a few complete works on this page:

http://rm-and-jo.laughingsquid.org/Music/Music-FullWorks.html

On that page, "Four Ballet Scenes" is in 15-tet. (Most of the stuff on
that page I've posted here before, so I'm sure most people here have heard
'em already. Nothing new.)

Wow! I haven't been on MMM for very long, and haven't heard your work
before. I just finished listening to Four Ballet Scenes, and I really
like it! Now I'm convinced of the merit of 15. Also, your electronic
realization is pretty good, and I like your orchestration.
Metalophones and percusion are especially nice.

Hi Cody,

Cool. Thanks for listening. I appreciate the feedback.

A year and half ago (?) we all talked about 15.
Porcupine [15] in 7-limit minimax tuning (whatever
that is) may have some merit. Check it out if you want.

To anyone:

I tried to download the first composition. On 56 K
my computer said it would take 3 hours. Is there anyway
to partially download a music file? Let's say the first
4 minutes worth, but not the entire file. I can usually
tell if I like it in the first few minutes. S. Szpak

How about even shorter? I took the first 2.5 minutes of the 15-tet piece
that Cody mentioned and put it here:
