Tuning softwear

Hey gang...I have a very talented young student, Kaia, who wants to get either computer softwear or a rack mount synth module that will allow her to retune her keyboard to well temperaments (and other tunings as well)...her email is devilxangel981@......if anybody has knowledge of this sort of gear, maybe you could post her with some info. It's great to see a 15 year old getting interested in tunings, this kid is super sharp...thanks...HHH
