Here's George Secor's 17-note well-temperament (1978) in a version
from the Scala archive of scales:

In this file, the notes are given in cents with reference to the
octave C-C.

Please let me know if this format is helpful for you, and feel free to
ask more. I often tend to use this scale in a rather gentle kind of
electronic timbre, and it might be interesting so see how people hear
it with a range of instruments and timbres.

If anyone is interested, here's my 22-tone well temperament, where
some of the fifths are 705.75 cents (used for the Indian scales), and
some are 711 cents (used in my decatonic scales). Here it is with the
keyboard mapping I use for it, and comparisons with JI Indian tunings
aligned with the same pitch for sruti #13:
