metaslendro used to imitate an african mbira scale and figured i get the obligatory bird piece out of the way.
kosono has mbiras that they run though old guitar amps.
their seem to be a bit of a rave over these recordings.
so the idea is if and when they keep going with the distortion say till when the mayan calendar runs out. maybe that is what happen at the end. the birds just get up and leave.
