Can harmonic entropy help us predict the perceived
fundamental pitch of timbres with inharmonic
spectra? (For example, unruly piano strings...)

What other models exist for doing this?

Well, it can tell you how salient each potential fundamental pitch
is, since each potential fundamental pitch implies a particular ratio-
interpretation for the heard partials, but as to the precise tuning
of each of these fundamental, I guess it's silent.

Good question. I've seen a lot of recent citations, but haven't kept
track on the latest.
