The IFMR doesn't fund individuals, so I doubt many xenharmonic composers
and performers would be eligible, but they might be interested in
sponsoring a MicroFest or funding a course on xenharmonics at a college.
In which cases, unaffiliated musicians might be able to attend,
perform, etc.
