controversial "twins"

I listened again to the two pairs of tetrads under discussion, #15-16
and #27-28.

This time, I found it was difficult to distinguish any significant
superiority in concordance in either of the chords:

0___302___502___1004 and

0___502___702___1004

It seems as though I would like to rate "both" of them a bit higher
in the new Tenney diadic concordance listing...

HOWEVER, I *did* find a difference in the two tetrads of #27-28. In
fact, the experience was the same as it was the first time...

0___502___1002___1320 seemed MORE concordant than it's twin,

0___318___818___1320

This was the same experience I had the first time, when I only wanted
to move 0___502___1002___1320 to the more concordant end of the list!

I wonder why this is...

Familiarity? Easier extrapolation to tonal context? Or is there really a
_sensual_ difference?

The more I listen to them, the more I think you're right. There
isn't that much different to their "sensuality..." It's the tonal
context that's influencing my decision here... or so it seems...
