no html "encumbrances..."

Well, I hate to admit it (again), but Carl Lumma is right... the
tetrads really *DO* sound better when they are not "streamed...'

In fact, just listening to the files and reading Paul's text seems
even more rewarding than all the html "encumbrances..."
