Paul's tetrad descriptions added

I've also added Paul's tetrad descriptions ("Word" file) to the
Pehrson directory.

So, essentially, EVERYTHING is there in the directory that pertains
to the experiment.

You don't really NEED the html file... that's just to make things
"purdy..."
