the sensory consonance of ratios of small integers or their close
approximations is higher than those of other intervals, like all other
theories of sensory consonance.

I believe that you have stated that H-E is explicitly not based on
Plomp-Levelt critical band theory.

Certainly, H-E theory generates interesting graphics!
