note regarding language

Friends,

*Please* try to make your points without using
profanities.

I do realize that when one is genuinely seething with
rage over something that these may slip out.

But if you feel you simply *must* use them (and I
personally feel that inappropriate use of profane
language seriously weakens an academic argument),
self-censor yourself with the 'bleepy' (asterisk or
dashes in place of vowels).

Let's keep this place clean!
