Jeff Harrington - Subversive!

Hey all!

Fans of microtonalist Jeff Harrington may not be aware of all

Perhaps everyone else knew about this stuff -- I didn't know
he was using secret powers to influence behaviour during the
2000 Presidential Debates.

I wonder if a subversive group of radical microtonalists were
behind the Florida imbroglio?
